The restaurant's proud steamed dishes, which use ingredients from Aichi Prefecture, are a highlight! You can enjoy dishes such as "Pork Shumai" made with Aichi Prefecture's "Shurei Pork," which is raised in the fresh water and air, and "Chicken Neck Shumai," which uses locally produced chicken.Each dish is full of meat juice and has a hearty texture. We also have "Black Squid Ink Shumai" which combines squid meat and minced pork using ink sourced from an affiliated store.

We also offer fresh fish dishes.We always purchase fresh fish through our own unique routes, and prepare and serve it in our store.They also offer a special charcoal grilling service. We recommend the Kansai-style "eel skewers" that are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside! You can enjoy the taste of the secret recipe inherited from "Unagidokoro Nidaimeda" of the Genki Company, where the owner honed his skills.
